I would like to highlight the leading regions in meeting key performance targets: Chelyabinsk Oblast, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Buryatia, Amur Oblast, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Discipline Remains Critical Amid Challenges

Given the current difficulties, maintaining strict discipline is essential. All commitments under the Infrastructure for Life national project remain in force, and we must fulfill them—making every ruble count.
