CBRE Launches AI-Powered Investment IQ Pro to Revolutionize Real Estate Management
CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd has unveiled Investment IQ Pro, an AI-powered platform designed to transform real estate investment management. Launched at the CII BFSI Summit 2026 in Mumbai, the system aims to set a new industry standard for digital-first processes in India.
The platform builds on CBRE’s existing Investment Risk Monitoring tool, Investment IQ. It introduces advanced features like automated project spend verification, faster NOC approvals, and quicker invoice processing. Active error detection and tamper-proof audit trails are embedded to improve accuracy and compliance.
Investment IQ Pro aligns with RBI guidelines and SOC-1 standards. It offers secure, unchangeable records and customisable multi-layer approval systems. The platform also provides a Four-Way Integrated Visibility model, giving developers, consultants, lenders, and trustees real-time access through a single dashboard. Anshuman Magazine, Chairman & CEO of CBRE India, South-East Asia, Middle East & Africa, highlighted the platform’s ability to speed up decision-making. He described it as a tool for faster, more transparent, and data-driven real estate advisory. Rami Kaushal, Managing Director of CBRE's Consulting & Valuation Services, set a goal to make Investment IQ Pro the leading standard for investment management in India within two years. CBRE plans to position the platform as the dominant solution for digital-first real estate investment in the country.
