Angelina Jolie lists her historic $29.85M Los Feliz mansion after divorce
Angelina Jolie has put her historic Los Feliz mansion on the market for $29.85 million. The actress bought the grand estate in 2017, shortly after her divorce from Brad Pitt. The property was originally built in 1913 and once belonged to legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille. Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple finalised their settlement in January 2017, agreeing to keep the details private. Together, they share six children, including twins Knox and Vivienne, who will turn 18 in July 2026.
The 11,000 square-foot mansion reflects Beaux-Arts architecture and spans six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Outside, the grounds feature a swimming pool, a pool house, a guest house, a tea house, and arched fountains. DeMille lived in the home until his death in 1959, adding to its historical significance.
Jolie has spoken openly about her plans to leave the United States once her youngest children reach adulthood. She has mentioned spending more time in Cambodia and visiting family abroad. The sale of the mansion marks a step toward that transition. The estate’s listing follows Jolie’s long-term intention to relocate after her children come of age. With its rich history and expansive amenities, the property now awaits a new owner. The actress’s next chapter appears focused on travel and time outside the US.
