BPTP Capital City earns top sustainability certifications and lands MediaTek lease

BPTP Capital City in Noida has secured three major sustainability certifications: LEED v4.1 O&M Platinum, IGBC Platinum, and WELL Core Platinum. The development, spanning around 780,000 sq. ft., has also signed a significant lease agreement with global semiconductor firm MediaTek for its new research and development hub. BPTP Limited, a developer with over 20 years of experience in the Delhi-NCR region, has leased approximately 1,04,000 sq. ft. of office space to MediaTek. The deal is valued at around Rs.144 crore over the lease period, subject to standard escalations and contractual terms. This marks MediaTek’s second R&D centre in India, following its existing facility in Bengaluru.

The company will join a diverse tenant mix at Capital City, which includes businesses from technology, financial services, manufacturing, and education. Strategically located just 300 metres from the Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station, the development offers easy connectivity for employees and visitors. BPTP has a strong track record in the region, having delivered multiple residential and commercial projects across the National Capital Region. The latest certifications highlight its commitment to sustainability and occupant well-being in its latest mixed-use development.

MediaTek’s new hub will operate from a space designed to high environmental and wellness standards. The lease strengthens BPTP Capital City’s position as a preferred business destination in Noida. The project’s certifications and location further enhance its appeal to global and domestic firms.
