Yekaterinburg's Clubhouse 'Literaturny' Completes Core Construction in Historic District
On the site, the main construction works have been completed: the laying of external and internal walls has been fully completed. At the same time, the installation of engineering systems and the construction of the roof is underway. Structures for the glazing of the first floor have been installed. The finishing of public spaces and underground parking continues.
The facade is at the final stage - the building has already formed its architectural appearance. The solution provides for natural materials, glazing, and elements with the effect of brass, which gives a restrained but expressive character.
The clubhouse "Literaturny" is located in the historical center of Yekaterinburg, within the boundaries of the streets Pervomayskaya - Tsarskaya - Karl Libknekhta. The project is designed for a limited number of apartments and forms a chamber environment for living.
The architectural concept provides for the integration of the cultural heritage site - the estate of Ivanov-Gollands, which strengthens the connection of "Literaturny" with the historical environment of the city.
Among the features of the project - a garden on the roof with an area of about 500 sq. m, organized as a private space for residents. At a height of 22 meters, zones of rest with panoramic views of the city center will be arranged.
The project is being implemented by the development company "Sever".
