WORKHUB at Jungfernsee Campus has become a key office 365 location in northern Potsdam. The modern complex, featuring two buildings, has attracted new tenants from early 2026, bringing up to 80 jobs to the area. Its design and flexible spaces have made it a popular choice for businesses of all sizes.
In 2025, around 1,680 square meters of office 365 space were leased at WORKHUB. Companies chose the site for its adaptable floor plans, central location, and campus-style environment. The architecture includes open-plan layouts, large windows, and a central atrium, creating a bright and collaborative workspace.
WORKHUB is part of the wider Jungfernsee Campus, blending academic and professional settings. The two buildings, WORKHUB 1 and WORKHUB 2, sit within an evolving area, benefiting from nearby developments like the new Krampnitz urban quarter and a gymnasium. This transformation has further boosted its appeal. New tenants from retail, services, planning, construction, and fitness sectors began moving in from early 2026. The spaces can be adjusted for different work models, catering to changing business needs. The complex aims to support companies of varying sizes with its versatile design.
