Vienna’s priciest villa sale hits €22.5M in exclusive Cottage Quarter

A luxury villa in Vienna’s Währing district has sold for €22,459,430. The high-end property, located in the Cottage Quarter, changed hands after a purchase agreement was signed last year.

The villa sits at 35 Colloredogasse on a 266-square-metre plot. Inside, it offers 730 square metres of usable space, along with a 454-square-metre landscaped garden. The final price worked out to €30,766.34 per square metre.

The deal included furniture and fixtures worth €865,570. Though the purchase agreement was signed on 8 May 2024, the transfer was officially recorded in January 2025.

The transaction marks one of the most expensive villa sales in Vienna’s Währing district. The property’s size, location, and included furnishings contributed to its record-breaking price. No further details about the buyer or seller have been made public.
