Toll Brothers Unveils $1.1M+ Luxury Homes in Irvine’s Elite Great Park

Toll Brothers, Inc. has revealed its latest luxury housing development in Southern California. The new community, Toll Brothers at Great Park Neighborhoods, will open in Irvine, one of the region’s most sought-after locations. The builder, renowned for high-end properties, will showcase five distinct home collections at a grand opening event next year.

The development is situated within the prestigious Great Park Neighborhoods master plan. Buyers can choose from three-storey condominiums or detached homes, ranging from 1,470 to over 3,770 square feet. Each property includes three to seven bedrooms, with prices starting at $1.1 million.

Residents will enjoy premium amenities, including walking trails, sports fields, and an Olympic-size pool. Retail spaces are also integrated into the community’s design. Toll Brothers’ Design Studio will offer personalisation options, guided by professional consultants. Brad Hare, Division President for Toll Brothers in Southern California, expressed his excitement for the project. The company, operating in over 60 US markets, handles everything from architecture and engineering to mortgage services. A grand opening event for the Sales Center is scheduled for January 17, 2026, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Toll Brothers also builds communities in nearby areas like Orangevale, Thousand Oaks, and regions around Los Angeles and San Jose. Their in-house teams manage land development, construction, and even manufacturing of building materials.

The Irvine development signifies another expansion for Toll Brothers in Southern California. With homes priced from $1.1 million, the community caters to buyers seeking luxury living. The January 2026 opening will introduce five home collections, each with high-end features and access to exclusive amenities.
