Nick Janovsky, the group’s founder, has been the top producer at Premier Sotheby’s St. Petersburg office for five years running. His personal sales exceed $200 million, and his career began in 2018 when he opened Janovsky Realty in Miami. The team’s advisors focus on waterfront estates, complex deals, and global relocations, leveraging strong community connections. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, the brokerage supporting the group, has over 1,400 agents across 40 Florida and North Carolina offices. The firm is linked to Sotheby’s, the historic auction house founded in 1744, and operates under Peerage Realty Partners.
