Sandra Moore Named New Manager of Luisenforum, CBRE Retail Consulting Plans Revitalization

Sandra Moore has taken the helm as the new center manager of the Luisenforum in Wiesbaden. The change in management comes as CBRE Retail Consulting assumes control from Savills, effective September 1. The new management plans to revitalize the shopping center through active leasing and renovations, with the first phase set to conclude by autumn 2026.

The Luisenforum, once a Karstadt department store, was repurposed in 2008 and is now undergoing restructuring. Currently, much of its 23,000 square meters of retail, dining, and fitness space, along with 11,000 square meters of office space, stands vacant. The goal is to transform the Luisenforum into a bustling shopping news, enhancing Wiesbaden's city center appeal.

CBRE Retail Consulting aims to achieve this by implementing an active leasing strategy. Already, new tenants such as New Yorker and Woolworth have been secured. While further details on upcoming news remain unknown, the refurbishment is expected to be completed by autumn 2026.

Sandra Moore's appointment as center manager signals a new era for the Luisenforum. With CBRE Retail Consulting's plans to enhance the shopping center's quality through active leasing and renovations, the Luisenforum is poised to become a vibrant hub in Wiesbaden's city center.
