Reach Group's AIRIA Business District redefines mixed-use commercial success

Reach Group has expanded its commercial real estate portfolio to nearly 3.5 million square feet. The company’s latest project, AIRIA Business District, combines Grade A office and retail spaces in a single integrated ecosystem. Strong leasing performance and high occupancy rates highlight the development’s early success. The centrepiece of AIRIA Business District is AIRIA Mall, a Grade-A retail hub attracting over 1 lakh visitors weekly. Inside, 115 national and international brands operate alongside a 7-screen multiplex and 25 dining options. The mall’s occupancy and leasing rates range between 70% and 100%, reflecting robust demand.

Adjacent to the mall, the 19-storey AIRIA Corporate Tower provides approximately 3.52 lakh sq. ft. of premium office space. Nearby, The BAZARIA offers a high-street retail experience, designed as a plotted development for upscale shops. The entire district benefits from easy access to major roads and sits within a fast-growing residential and commercial area. Ashish Tandon, Chief Business Officer of Reach Group, emphasised that modern commercial destinations thrive on integrated ecosystems. The company aims to attract investors who recognise the value of a well-connected, mixed-use development.

AIRIA Business District now stands as a key project in Reach Group’s 3.5 million sq. ft. portfolio. With strong footfall, high occupancy, and strategic connectivity, the development targets long-term growth. The focus remains on drawing investors and businesses that prioritise ecosystem-driven spaces.
