There is a JCB and a person is sitting on that. There are lights for the JCB. It is on a grass lawn. In the background there are logs. There are many people in the background. Also there are tents, trees and sky with clouds in the background. Some people are there in the front. There is a hat on the right corner. Also there is fencing with ropes.

Marriott Bonvoy Adds Rustic Cabins to Its Loyalty Program for Nature Lovers

Marriott has welcomed Postcard Cabins into its Bonvoy program, offering camping-style stays in small cabins across 29 U.S. destinations. The cabins, close to major cities but secluded, are now bookable using Marriott Bonvoy points or cash.

Postcard Cabins Hill Country in Texas costs $139 or 38,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per night. Rates vary dynamically, with the Eastern Catskills in New York priced at $151 or 54,000 points, and Asheboro in North Carolina at $139 or 29,000 points. A $35 per night 'destination amenity fee' applies to all bookings.

Cash stays earn 10 points per dollar spent, and all stays, regardless of payment method, count as 1 elite night per qualifying night. The cabins were previously part of Sonder, which Marriott acquired and integrated into its citizenM brand. Sonder's operations ceased on November 10, 2025, following the end of its partnership with Marriott on November 9, 2025.

Postcard Cabins' integration into the Marriott Bonvoy program offers travellers more options for unique, nature-focused stays. With dynamic pricing and varying redemption rates, the cabins cater to both cash and points-based bookings, providing flexibility for guests.
