MahaRERA rejects broker's commission claim against Arkade Developers

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has dismissed a complaint filed by Premji Anandji Rambhia against Arkade Developers Limited. The decision Rambhia claimed he introduced buyers Suresh Visaria and Kunal Visaria to the property in September 2025. He argued that his efforts directly led to the eventual purchase The rejection leaves Rambhia’s brokerage claim unresolved under RERA’s framework. The decision confirms that disputes over oral agreements and commission claims must be addressed through civil litigation. Arkade Developers Limited, formerly Arkade Developers Private Limited, faces no further action from the Authority on this matter.
