Magadan Offers Free Land Plots for Large Families Starting May 7
The Magadan City Administration has opened applications for free land plots. Eligible citizens can now apply to receive these plots for individual housing construction. The offer follows a recent decree approving the list of available sites.
On May 5, 2026, the city administration issued Decree No. 1733-pm, confirming the list of land plots. The Department of Construction, Architecture, Technical, and Environmental Oversight announced the initiative shortly after. These plots are reserved for families with three or more children under regional law No. 1419-OZ, passed in 2011.
Applications opened on May 7, 2026, and will close on June 5, 2026. Interested citizens have 30 days from the list’s publication to submit their requests. Preliminary consent can be given either in person or through an electronic document.
The land plots are designated specifically for building private homes. Families meeting the criteria can secure a plot without cost. The deadline for submissions remains June 5, 2026.
