Luxury Micro-Apartment Complex Opens in Berlin's City West
International Campus Group has inaugurated Havens Living Berlin Charlottenburg, a luxury micro-apartment complex featuring 265 modern units. The €130 million conversion of a historic post office offers high-end accommodation for short-term residents.
The complex, located next to Charlottenburg Town Hall, offers fully furnished apartments ranging from 18 to 46 square meters. Rents start at €1,229, with prices per square meter exceeding €70, making it one of the most expensive housing options in Berlin's City West.
The second construction phase, set for completion on October 31, will see the apartments available for rent from November 1, 2025. Half of the units are already occupied. The property aims for LEED Platinum certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability.
Residents can enjoy amenities such as a lounge, communal kitchen, fitness studio, coworking space, rooftop terrace, and 530 bicycle parking spots. The owner plans to expand the site's other buildings into additional temporary apartments or office spaces in the future.
Havens Living Berlin Charlottenburg, acquired by International Campus Group in 2019, is the second property in Berlin for the group. The luxury micro-apartment complex, inaugurated on October 23, offers high-end accommodation for short-term residents, with half of its units already occupied.
