Leninsky District's 2025 Renovation: 34 Courtyards Revitalized, 4 Major Streets Improved

In 2025, the Leninsky District of Nizhny Novgorod witnessed notable enhancements with the renovation of 34 residential courtyards, benefiting over 8,000 residents. Additionally, four major thoroughfares received a facelift, marking the district's anniversary year.

The renovation project, ordered by Mayor Yuri Shalabaev, cost 84 million rubles and encompassed roadways, sidewalks, building entrances, and parking areas. The courtyards along Baumana Street, Zavodskaya Street, and other key streets were transformed. To commemorate the district's anniversary, an extra 20 million rubles was allocated to embellish four neighborhood thoroughfares: Tramvainaya Street, Sukhoputnaya Street, Akademika Bakha Street, and Radio Street.

The renovation of 34 residential courtyards and the improvement of four major thoroughfares in the Leninsky District were completed in 2025, substantially upgrading the living conditions and infrastructure of the area.
