Kuwait and South Korea Partner to Fast-Track Massive Housing Project

Kuwait and South Korea are working together to speed up housing development in one of the country’s largest residential projects. The partnership aims to cut waiting times for government housing while boosting investment opportunities. Officials from both nations have met to push forward the Southwest Saad Al-Abdullah City project, a key initiative in Kuwait’s housing strategy.

The Southwest Saad Al-Abdullah City project stands as one of Kuwait’s most ambitious housing schemes. Designed to meet rising demand, it will deliver thousands of new homes and create significant investment prospects. High-level talks between Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare and South Korea’s Land and Housing Corporation (LH) have focused on accelerating land development and infrastructure work.

The Southwest Saad Al-Abdullah City project remains on course to meet its deadlines. Once complete, it will provide much-needed housing and strengthen Kuwait’s infrastructure capacity. The collaboration with South Korea is set to play a crucial role in addressing the country’s long-term housing challenges.
