Kiez Büro Opens New Coworking Space in Vibrant 'Kalle Neukölln' Complex
Kiez Büro has opened its newest coworking space in the vibrant 'Kalle Neukölln' complex. The 2,700 square meter area offers 400 flexible workstations, catering to small businesses and freelancers. The space is part of the repurposed former Karstadt department store and parking garage, with an investment of €200 million.
The new coworking space benefits from the broader offerings of 'Kalle Neukölln', including leisure and dining areas, a rooftop terrace with a pool, and modular conference rooms. It joins other tenants like Delta Campus and Code University of Applied Sciences, strengthening the building's network.
Kiez Büro spans 25 rooms, ranging from 10 to 110 square meters, featuring private offices, shared areas, kitchens, training rooms, and quiet zones. The space is designed to accommodate diverse needs, from solo entrepreneurs to small companies.
Delta Campus, occupying around 6,500 square meters, supports founders, startups, and creative projects. Code University has over 120 spin-offs and created over 250 jobs. Together, they contribute to the dynamic ecosystem of 'Kalle Neukölln'.
Kiez Büro's open day on November 4, 2025, will showcase the new coworking space with guided tours, workshops, yoga classes, and a keynote lecture on artificial intelligence. The complex offers a mix of work, leisure, and retail spaces, connected by a glass bridge and featuring a spacious event area on the ground floor.
