INVO Fertility reshuffles leadership to accelerate growth in reproductive tech
INVO Fertility, a healthcare company specializing in assisted reproductive technology, has reshuffled its leadership team. The changes include new roles for two key executives as the firm pushes ahead with its growth strategy.
Andrea Goren, who joined INVO as chief financial officer in July 2021, has now taken on dual responsibilities. She will serve as both chief business officer and chief executive officer of INVO Centers LLC. Before this shift, Goren oversaw financial transactions worth around $1 billion and managed legal operations at the company.
Terah Krigsvold, previously the company’s controller since December 2020, steps into Goren’s former position as chief financial officer. The transition follows INVO’s ongoing efforts to expand its fertility services.
The company currently operates two INVO Centers and one IVF clinic in the US. Its main business model focuses on building, acquiring, and running fertility clinics. INVO also continues to sell and distribute the INVOcell, a medical device designed for intravaginal culture.
Steve Shum, INVO’s CEO, stated that these leadership adjustments will help the company execute its growth plan more effectively. He added that the changes aim to move the business closer to profitability.
With Goren now leading INVO Centers LLC and Krigsvold taking over as CFO, the company is positioning itself for further expansion. The leadership shift comes as INVO strengthens its focus on fertility clinic operations and device distribution.
