Engagement Cloud, a personalisation platform led by executive Joanna Milliken, has been recognised in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ 2026. The platform, recently rebranded from Emarsys, launched its enterprise edition on 19 February with advanced tools for large businesses. The newly rebranded Engagement Cloud integrates robust internal infrastructure with customer experience tools. It uses artificial intelligence to create personalised connections at scale while maintaining efficiency and responsibility.
The enterprise edition is designed for organisations managing multiple brands, regions, and teams.
