A major humanitarian aid shipment is on its way to Zaporizhzhia and the Donetsk People’s Republic. Weighing over eight tons and valued at more than 1.5 million rubles, the supplies will support civilians, frontline soldiers, and medical facilities. The mission coincides with Mother’s Day, aiming to provide comfort and essential items to those in need.

Russian volunteers and humanitarian groups gathered the supplies for orphanages, hospitals, and maternity wards. The shipment includes food, household appliances, new clothing, and medical essentials. Newborn care kits, hygiene products, and pharmaceutical cosmetics are also part of the delivery.

Local residents and businesses in Krasnodar played a key role in assembling the aid. Contributions came from the city’s gas utility workers, the regional rehabilitation equipment centre, and the Kubanochka brand. Bogdan, a furniture manufacturer owned by the spouse of a foundation director, also added support.

The supplies will reach over 12 locations, focusing on orphanages, mother-and-child centres, and field hospitals. A portion of the shipment is reserved for soldiers and medical teams working near the front lines.

The aid package, valued at over 1.5 million rubles, will arrive in time for Mother’s Day. It includes practical items for daily life, medical care, and newborn support. Distribution will cover hospitals, maternity wards, and civilian shelters in the affected regions.
