Dubai Investments' DIP Angola, a sprawling 2,000-hectare economic zone, has secured its first tenant. Trice Chemicals, a UAE-based manufacturer, will set up shop in the Northern Cluster of Phase 1, marking a significant step towards Angola's industrial revolution and job creation.

Spanning 26,000 sqm, Trice Chemicals' plot in DIP Angola will house a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This move is expected to generate over 3,000 jobs in Phase 1 alone, contributing to Angola's workforce development and industrial growth strategy.

DIP Angola, designed to be self-sufficient, integrates multiple zones. It boasts industrial facilities, commercial spaces, residential areas, and recreational amenities, all connected by internal roads and utilities. The zone's strategic location offers excellent connectivity to major transport corridors, enabling efficient company setup and access to national and international markets.

DIP Angola's first tenant, Trice Chemicals, signals the start of Angola's transformation into a competitive hub for industrial operations in Southern Africa. The zone's modern infrastructure and strategic environment are poised to catalyze regional manufacturing growth and employment opportunities.
