A large plot of undeveloped land in Sutter County will go under the hammer next month. The 67.5-acre site, managed by Caltrans District 3, is set for a public sealed-bid auction on 4 August. Bidders must offer at least £10.13 million to be considered.

The land sits near the junction of Garden Highway and Bogue Road. Its boundaries include a neighbourhood to the north and south, a river levee to the east, and a public road to the west. The area remains untouched, with no existing structures or development.
