Zurich's New Luxury Apartment Rents for 7,490 Francs—With a Private Roof Terrace

A new premium service apartment in Zurich is now available for rent at 7,490 Swiss francs per month. The offer targets international managers, expats, and project workers looking for a high-end, fully furnished home in a central location. Unlike standard rentals, this specialised segment provides all-inclusive luxury with added services.

The 70-square-metre apartment sits on the sixth floor of a 1957 building, recently renovated in 2025. It features two and a half rooms, a balcony, and a private green roof terrace with a loggia. The monthly rent covers all ancillary costs, high-speed internet, premium TV, weekly cleaning, and concierge support, with extra services available on demand.

Zurich's housing market faces high demand and limited affordable options. A typical unfurnished one-bedroom flat in the city rents for around 2,100 francs per month. In contrast, this premium segment caters to those willing to pay more for convenience and exclusivity.

Similar serviced apartments in the Seefeld area offer daily cleaning, fitness access, and concierge services. The most expensive options include the Lakeview Suite at 850 francs per night, the Seefeld Premium Residence at 790 francs, and the ZüriSee Luxury Apartments at 750 francs. Around 12 to 15 comparable properties are currently available in the same district.

The apartment's all-inclusive pricing and premium services set it apart from standard rentals. With Zurich's tight housing market, such offerings provide an alternative for professionals seeking turnkey luxury. The company aims to meet demand from international residents who prioritise comfort and location.
