Willich's New Parkterrassen Nears Completion with Half of Condos Sold
Mayor Christian Pakusch recently visited the construction site of Parkterrassen Willich, a new residential development in the city. The project offers 31 modern condominiums, with nearly half already sold before completion. Residents are expected to move in by the end of the year. The development includes apartments ranging from 50 to 169 square metres. Each unit comes with a private terrace or balcony, most facing southwest for natural light. A storage cellar is also provided with every home.
All apartments will be delivered turnkey and fully equipped to a premium standard. The building meets the strict KfW 55 efficiency criteria under Germany’s Energy Saving Ordinance. Accessibility is ensured with elevators running from the underground garage to the top floor. Prices for the condominiums start at €295,000 and go up to €759,000. The mayor’s visit highlighted the project’s progress as it nears completion.
The first residents will take occupancy before the year ends. The development combines energy efficiency, modern design, and barrier-free living. With nearly 50% of units already purchased, demand for the project remains strong.
