VSMPO-AVISMA launches subsidized housing for key employees in 2026

VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation will introduce a subsidised housing scheme for its staff on 1 April 2026. The initiative aims to boost employees' living standards by offering affordable homes. More than 300 apartments will be made available at reduced rates in the Solnechny residential complex. The new programme will provide flats at cost price, with no added profit margin. Buyers can choose from studios to three-bedroom units, all fully finished inside. To make payments easier, the company is offering a 20-year interest-free instalment plan.

Priority for the homes will go to specific groups. These include young professionals, recent graduates, workers in high-demand fields, IT specialists, and combat veterans. The scheme reflects the company's effort to support key employees in securing stable housing. VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation remains one of the region's largest employers. As of 2023, its main production sites in Verkhnaya Salda employed around 22,000 people. No updated workforce figures for 2026 have been released yet.

The subsidised housing scheme will launch in early 2026. Employees meeting the criteria will gain access to affordable homes with flexible payment terms. The move is set to provide long-term housing security for key workers at the company.
