Vladivostok's Dom na Vostoke launches sales in its eighth residential tower
DOM.RF Development has started selling apartments in the eighth building of the Dom na Vostoke complex in Vladivostok. This follows the completion of the project's first 44-storey skyscraper in January 2026, which now houses residents. Once fully finished, the entire complex will provide over 4,700 homes for more than 6,500 people by 2030.
Sales for the Dom na Vostoke complex first launched in March 2023. The project includes multiple high-rise buildings, though only the first tower has been completed and occupied as of March 2026. The remaining two planned skyscrapers are still under construction or awaiting groundbreaking.
The eighth building now on sale offers 106 apartments, with living spaces ranging from 28.9 to 103.2 square metres. Options include one-bedroom flats up to four-room units. The structure also provides 104 storage spaces and 64 parking spots for residents. Designed to meet DOM.RF's Urban Development Standard and green building requirements, the complex includes a 645-metre multi-level promenade. Landscaped areas feature perennial flower beds and ornamental grasses, alongside children's play zones and sports facilities. Nearby amenities such as shops, cafés, offices, and educational centres will serve future residents. The entire project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
The Dom na Vostoke complex aims to improve living standards for thousands in Vladivostok. With modern housing, green spaces, and community facilities, it aligns with sustainable urban development goals. The eighth building's sales mark another step toward the project's final delivery by 2030.
