VIRA Group breaks ground on Khabarovsk's future tallest residential tower
VIRA Group has begun active construction on its first project in Khabarovsk—the Samorodny Kvartal residential complex. The development marks the company's entry into the region's real estate market after 15 years of experience nationwide.
Work on the site has reached a key stage. A deep foundation pit has been dug for an underground parking garage, reinforced with bored pile retaining walls. Multiple layers of reinforced concrete belts now stabilise the excavation.
The project recently hit another milestone with the first cubic metre of concrete poured into the foundation of a future building. Nearly 50 workers are currently on-site, with 30 more expected to join in two weeks once piling for Building No. 1 finishes. VIRA Group plans to start erecting the building's framework by May. The structure should become visible from Karl Marx Street by July. Vladislav Mintyukov, the company's Director of Development in Khabarovsk, confirmed the project is gaining real momentum. Samorodny Kvartal is VIRA Group's flagship development in the region. Once complete, it will stand as Khabarovsk's tallest building and aims to set new standards for housing quality.
The residential complex is now in full construction, with foundations laid and structural work set to begin soon. VIRA Group's expansion into Khabarovsk brings its experience of 60 completed residential buildings to the local market.
