African private equity firm Verod Capital has marked its first exit from the second investment vehicle, Verod Capital Growth Fund II, by selling its stake us in pensions fund administrator Tangerine APT Pensions Ltd. The sale to minority partner APT Securities and Funds has seen the merged entity, Tangerine APT Pensions, grow its assets under management significantly.
