Strabag PFS Wins Major Federal Contract for 52,100 Square Meters of Properties
Strabag Property and Facility Services (PFS) has secured a significant contract from the Federal Institute for Real Estate (BImA). The deal covers four properties totaling 52,100 square meters, demonstrating Strabag PFS's expertise in managing complex and security-sensitive federal properties.
The main site on Wilhelmstraße spans 41,000 square meters and includes an underground parking garage and a daycare center. Strabag PFS will handle nearly all maintenance and upkeep of the buildings' technical systems, showcasing their digital and technical expertise. Additionally, three secondary locations totaling 11,100 square meters are part of the contract.
Strabag PFS, an integrated building solutions provider, specializes in services such as technical and infrastructural facility management, property management, construction in existing buildings, and industrial services. They operate across Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic.
The award by BImA underscores Strabag PFS's capabilities in managing complex federal properties. The four-site contract, covering approximately 52,100 square meters, will see Strabag PFS handle nearly all maintenance and upkeep, further cementing their reputation as a leading provider of integrated building solutions.
