It also acquired 346 Madison Avenue for $160 million. On January 6, the company sold a 49% stake in 100 Park Avenue, a 905,000 sq ft building, through a joint venture.

Leasing performance has remained strong. By December 31, 2025, same-store occupancy in Manhattan climbed to 93.0%.
