PHRDC honors top real estate performers at lavish Davao awards night

Prestige Home & Realty Development Corporation (PHRDC) celebrated its top performers at the 4th Quarter and 2025 Annual Sales Recognition Night. The event, themed 'Prosperity in Jade and Gold,' took place at the Waterfront Insular Hotel in Davao City. Company leaders and award winners gathered to mark a year of strong sales and teamwork.

The evening began with a welcome from PHRDC President and Chairman Miraluna M. Idong, who praised the salesforce for their dedication and hard work in 2025. She highlighted their role in driving the company's success over the past year.

Bernard V. Bernadino, General Manager and VP of Operations, then delivered a keynote speech. He stressed the importance of innovation and strong leadership in keeping the industry competitive.

The night's biggest honour went to Loren Arayan, named the 2025 Annual Top Real Estate Salesperson. She received a brand-new Toyota Avanza, an all-expense-paid trip to Japan, ₱200,000 in cash, and a DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Other top sellers—Karlo Gabriyel Agaban, Consuelo Gonzaga, Jenny Rose Collarga, Josephine Rubia Yap, Vivien Balabis, Jeanamie Bantilan, Cynthia Piñero-Villanueva, and Loren Arayan—were also recognised. Each took home cash incentives and tablets for their Q4 Yuletide sales achievements.

Roy Gilbuela, President of Bachelor's Realty and Brokerage, accepted the Annual Top Firm Award. His company earned a ₱250,000 cash prize for its outstanding performance.

Judy Jean Masinaring, PHRDC Sales Head, introduced the 2026 incentive program. The new rewards were met with enthusiasm from brokers and sales teams. Later, Chief Financial Officer Manuel III I. Cerbo raised a toast, urging everyone to set even higher goals for the coming year.

The event was organised by Marketing Head Chelsse Provido and the PHRDC Management Committee. Their careful planning reflected the company's focus on quality and professionalism.

The recognition night closed on a high note, with award winners and leaders looking ahead to 2026. The event underscored PHRDC's commitment to rewarding excellence and fostering growth in Davao City's real estate sector. The company's long-standing presence in the region continues to shape residential development across the area.
