Petropavl Welcomes 72 New Affordable Homes in Landmark Housing Project

A new residential building has been commissioned in Petropavl. The 72-unit, nine-story apartment block was constructed under the affordable housing program, with the first 32 families already receiving their keys.

Housing allocation is managed through Otbasy Bank. Among the new homeowners are socially vulnerable residents and government employees.

The completion of the building marks another step in the regional housing initiative, aimed at improving housing affordability for diverse groups of citizens.
