New LH47 Forum Unites Urban Developers to Solve Real-World Challenges
A new forum titled 'Code. Methods. Value.' has been launched by LH47 to improve collaboration in urban development. The event brings together developers, architects, and industry leaders to tackle real-world challenges. Organisers aim to foster better dialogue and practical solutions for territorial growth.
The forum's business programme is split into three key themes: urban codes and identity, decision-making methods, and creating project value. Each block will feature expert-led discussions and hands-on sessions. Topics include housing trends, with a public talk on 'Housing Development: What's Happening and What's Next?' also scheduled.
Practical workshops form a major part of the event. Masterclasses will cover façade design and master planning, offering direct training for attendees. Speakers include senior figures from firms like Atlas Development, Atomstroykompleks, and Sinara Development, alongside government officials and analysts. LH47, the private investment firm behind the forum, specialises in real estate and infrastructure. From 2023 to 2026, its focus has been on Dubai, Riyadh, and Lagos, where it developed AI-driven smart cities. Unlike cost-focused projects in Southeast Asia or Latin America, these initiatives prioritise sustainability and large-scale innovation. Nikita Grin, CEO of LH47 Yekaterinburg, stated the forum's purpose is to build a platform for industry-wide cooperation. The event encourages architects and developers to work together on live projects, guided by experts from leading companies.
The forum provides a structured space for professionals to exchange ideas and refine their approaches. By combining expert insights with practical training, it seeks to raise standards in construction and urban planning. Outcomes may influence future projects in Russia and beyond.
