Authorities in Moscow’s southeast have dismantled a complex of illegal warehouse buildings in the Pechatniki district. The enforcement action followed an official report from the State Real Estate Inspectorate, which documented misuse of the land after the lease expired.
The industrial site was previously rented out by the Moscow City Government. Once the lease ended, the tenant was required to vacate the premises. However, two warehouse buildings—covering a total of 462 square metres—remained on the land despite no longer having any legal property rights.
The State Real Estate Inspectorate confirmed the operation, led by its director, Ivan Bobrov. Inspectors found the structures in violation of urban regulations. As part of the enforcement, the warehouses were fully dismantled.
After removal, the site was restored to meet urban planning standards. No further unauthorised construction remains on the cleared land.
The enforcement action has brought the Pechatniki site back into compliance with city rules. The cleared land now aligns with Moscow’s urban standards, following the removal of all illegal structures. The State Real Estate Inspectorate has confirmed the completion of the operation.
