Monomoy CRE Hires Ryan Scully to Lead Real Estate Legal Strategy
Monomoy CRE, LLC has appointed Ryan Scully as its new Director, Real Estate Legal. The hire aims to boost the firm’s transaction speed and improve due diligence for acquisitions, sales, and construction projects across the US.
Scully brings a strong background in complex industrial and commercial real estate deals. His arrival is expected to strengthen Monomoy’s ability to handle high-value real estate agreements and expand its national operations.
Before joining Monomoy, Scully served as Senior Manager, Legal Affairs at United Rentals, Inc. There, he led legal due diligence and negotiated major real estate contracts. Earlier in his career, he worked at Carmody, Torrance, Sandak & Hennessey LLP and Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC. He also held judicial clerkships in Maryland’s court system.
A graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Scully holds a J.D. and a B.A. from Fairfield University. He is admitted to the Connecticut State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Chris Macri, President and CEO of Monomoy CRE, highlighted Scully’s expertise in real estate law, due diligence, and risk management. These skills are seen as key to supporting the company’s ongoing national expansion. Scully himself expressed enthusiasm about joining Monomoy and contributing to its disciplined growth strategy.
Scully’s appointment comes as Monomoy looks to increase its transaction volume and refine its legal processes. His experience in high-stakes real estate deals is set to play a central role in the firm’s future real estate projects. The company now expects faster execution and stronger risk management in its nationwide operations.
