Guerrero Rojas first linked himself to Petroservicios Integrales México in 2020. By November 2024, he and Héctor Peralta Grappin became the registered shareholders of the company. This business is now owed 563 million pesos (around $31.5 million USD) by Pemex as of March 2025.
