Jenoptik's stock surges past €24.70 resistance—what's next for the rally?

Jenoptik's share price has shown strong movement in early 2024. In late January, it broke above a key resistance level of €24.70, triggering a buy signal. This upward shift followed a period of decline, marking a notable turnaround for the stock. The rally began after the stock rebounded from the upper edge of last year's uptrend channel. By late January, it had climbed past €24.70, clearing a long-standing downtrend line. The momentum carried it to a peak of €29.84 before a sharp pullback occurred.

A recovery soon followed, with the stock testing the early March high. Analysts suggest that if the March 23 low confirmed a second major uptrend phase, the price could target €37.75 in the weeks ahead. For now, the stock faces critical resistance between €29.84 and €30.30.

If it breaks above €30.30, the next targets would be €31.80 and then €33.36. However, if the price falls back, strong support sits around €27.50. A drop below that level could push it toward €23.88, with further downside risk to €23.00.

The current rally remains dependent on holding above key levels. Traders are watching closely to see whether the stock can sustain its upward push or retreat to lower support zones. Jenoptik's stock has seen significant volatility, with clear resistance and support levels now in focus. A decisive break above €30.30 would reinforce the rally, while a failure to hold €27.50 could lead to further declines. The coming weeks will determine whether the stock can extend its gains or face renewed pressure.
