Invoca Raises $83 Million in Series F
Invoca, a Santa Barbara-based firm specialising in AI-driven conversation intelligence, has secured $83 million in Series F funding. The latest investment round pushes the company’s valuation to $1.1 billion and raises its total equity financing to $184 million.
The funding round was led by Silver Lake Waterman, a growth equity firm. New backers included Hollyport Capital, Kingfisher Investment Advisors, and Fenwick & West. Existing investors such as Upfront Ventures, Accel, H.I.G. Capital, and Industry Ventures also contributed.
Invoca plans to use the capital to enhance contact centres with AI-powered tools. The funds will also support international expansion and potential acquisitions.
Among the firms participating were Accel, Georgian, and Emergence. Their involvement strengthens Invoca’s position in the AI conversation intelligence market.
With $83 million in new funding, Invoca aims to accelerate its growth in AI-driven revenue solutions. The company’s expanded resources will focus on product development, global reach, and strategic acquisitions. This round marks a significant step in its financial and operational expansion.
