Indian Companies Announce Major Stock Splits in October 2025
Several Indian companies have recently announced significant corporate actions, specifically stock splits, with record dates set in mid-October 2025. These splits, which do not alter the companies' overall market value, aim to make shares more affordable and accessible to investors.
Gokul Agro Resources Ltd, with a market cap of Rs 5,486.40 crore, will observe a 1:2 equity share split on October 14, 2025. Meanwhile, Tata Investment Corporation Ltd, worth Rs 47,056.91 crore, has set the same date for a 1:10 split. A B Infrabuild Ltd (Rs 1,283.97 crore) and Rolex Rings Ltd (Rs 3,643.14 crore) have both scheduled 1:10 splits for October 17, 2025. Sunrakshakk Industries India Ltd (Rs 790.64 crore) will undergo a 1:5 split on the same day.
These stock splits, ranging from 1:2 to 1:10, will increase the number of shares available, potentially attracting more investors and enhancing liquidity. Shareholders should note their respective record dates to participate in these corporate actions.
