Hungarian firm snaps up Vienna’s priciest penthouse for €1.795M
A Hungarian company has bought the most expensive penthouse in Vienna’s Währing district for €1.795 million. The deal was finalised in July 2024, setting a new record for the area. The property spans over 140 square metres across two floors, complete with multiple outdoor spaces. The penthouse was sold by PJ 137 Living GmbH to AgriLife Europe Kft., a Hungarian limited liability firm. The sales contract was signed in late 2023, but the official transfer only appeared in the land registry in July 2024. The sale confirms the penthouse as the most expensive in the district this year. The buyer, AgriLife Europe Kft., now owns a high-end property with extensive outdoor areas. The deals reflect strong demand for premium real estate in Vienna.
