Godrej Properties has bought a 30-acre plot in South Bangalore to build a premium residential township. The project is expected to generate around Rs 3,500 crore in revenue. Developers also plan a large-scale community with high-end housing options. The company secured the main 30-acre site for the township, offering 3 million sq ft of development space. This acquisition alone is projected to bring in roughly Rs 3,500 crore. Recently, Godrej Properties also purchased an extra 3.8-acre parcel in the same area. This smaller plot adds another 2 million sq ft of development potential. Together, these deals increase the total expected revenue by Rs 2,400 crore. The combined land will support a premium residential community, expanding the firm’s presence in Bangalore’s growing real estate market. With these acquisitions, Godrej Properties now holds over 33 acres in South Bangalore. The total development potential reaches 5 million sq ft. The combined revenue from both projects is estimated at Rs 5,900 crore.
