Freehold Royalties declares December dividend for January 2026 payout

Freehold Royalties Ltd., a major player in North American energy royalties, has announced its latest dividend payout. The company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol FRU, will distribute Cdn. $0.09 per common share to eligible investors.

The dividend was declared on December 15, 2025, with payment scheduled for January 15, 2026. Shareholders recorded as of December 31, 2025, will receive the funds. This follows previous payouts, including one declared on October 15, 2025, and paid on November 17, 2025.

The January payment marks another distribution in Freehold’s regular dividend schedule. Eligible shareholders will receive Cdn. $0.09 per share, reinforcing the company’s commitment to returning value. The firm’s extensive land holdings in both Canada and the US underpin its ongoing operations.
