FMR Secures Full Ownership of Key Nickel-Zinc-Lead Deposits in Poland

Future Mineral Resources Inc. (FMR) has moved to secure full control of its flagship nickel-zinc-lead project in Poland. The company announced an agreement to acquire the remaining 52% stake in the Szklary and Dabrowka deposits. This follows its initial 48% purchase in June 2025 and marks a step toward complete consolidation of the asset.

The Szklary-Nickel project sits in Poland's established mining corridor. Historical records show an inferred resource of 16.8 million tonnes at 0.60% nickel, containing around 94,000 tonnes of the metal. Previous exploration involved 28 drill holes, targeting serpentine-rich zones and surrounding metamorphic rocks.

The Dabrowka zinc-lead deposit, part of the same project, has two mineralised layers at depths of 40-50 metres and 80-100 metres. A new 27-hole drill programme is planned to expand on earlier findings. Both deposits benefit from nearby infrastructure, including two smelters within 20 kilometres, along with road and rail links.

FMR has also revised its financing terms. The updated private placement offers up to 15 million common shares at $0.30 each, raising a potential $4.5 million. All warrants and finder warrants have been removed from the deal. The acquisition still requires approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange and completion of the amended offering, though it is no longer tied to the financing's success.

Once finalised, the deal will give FMR full ownership of a high-potential polymetallic project in Europe. The Szklary and Dabrowka deposits bring existing resource estimates, planned exploration, and strong local infrastructure. The company aims to advance development in one of Poland's key mining regions.
