The purchase agreement was signed on August 28, 2025. Official registration in the land registry took place in September 2025, confirming the transfer of ownership.
The transaction marks one of the most significant property sales in Klosterneuburg for 2025. The villa's size, location, and price reflect its status as a high-value residential asset. The new owner now holds title to both the house and its extensive grounds.
