The Pennsylvania community is attracting attention for its mix of new housing developments, local charm, and convenient location. New housing projects are drawing buyers to the area. Ryan Homes is developing Bear Creek Estates, a 39-home neighbourhood where lots start at half an acre. So far, 25 homes have already sold. The same developer is also building Klein Mills, a 55-plus community with 209 homesites. Since April 2023, around 45 homes there have found buyers.
