Diamond Tower Finally Approved; New Hotel & Apartment Complex Planned
After years of legal disputes, the 'Diamond Tower' apartment building in Międzyzdroje has finally been given the green light. Meanwhile, a new hotel in Pobierowo is set to open soon, and a massive apartment complex is planned for Międzyzdroje, offering a range of amenities.
The Diamond Tower, which has faced numerous legal hurdles over the years, will now proceed with construction. The original investor had proposed two 112-meter-high towers with 345 apartments, but the preferred variant has been scaled back to a single tower.
In Pobierowo, the Hotel Gołębiewski is expected to open soon, pending the final permit. This thirteen-story, five-star hotel will offer 1200 rooms and apartments, accommodating up to 3000 guests. Meanwhile, in Międzyzdroje, a 16-story apartment complex is planned, featuring over 200 apartments, an underground parking lot, restaurants, cafes, a swimming pool complex, a bowling alley, and a fitness center. Each apartment in this complex will offer a direct view of the sea and sunsets, ranging from 34 sqm to 113 sqm. Construction of this complex is scheduled to begin in the fall, with preliminary reservations already being taken.
The Diamond Tower in Międzyzdroje is set to proceed after years of delays, while the Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo is expected to open soon. The planned apartment complex in Międzyzdroje promises a range of amenities and stunning sea views. Both projects are expected to boost the local economy and tourism.
