Daniela Logar takes helm of EHL's Transaction Advisory division
EHL Investment Consulting, part of the Austrian real estate firm EHL Immobilien Group, has appointed Daniela Logar as the new head of its Transaction Advisory division. She also now holds authority as an authorised signatory for the company after years of experience in various roles within the firm. Logar began her career at EHL Investment Consulting in 2011 as an investment analyst. Two years later, she shifted to the valuation department, where she worked until 2019. That year, she moved into asset management, building expertise across different areas of real estate advisory.
Educated at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, Logar earned both a bachelor's degree and a part-time master's degree. Her academic background and practical experience have prepared her for the new leadership position. In her latest role, she will guide clients through complex real estate transactions. The company has also granted her power of attorney, reflecting her expanded responsibilities within the organisation.
Logar's promotion strengthens EHL Investment Consulting's leadership in transaction advisory services. Her long-standing experience within the company and her new authority as a signatory position her to play a key role in future business decisions.
