Coastal land lease auction opens in Lazarevsky District next month

According to information published on the electronic trading platform, a 12.7-hectare plot is being offered for sublease in the Lazarevsky District near the Golovinka settlement. The site, located along the Chemitokvadzhe–Yakornaya Shchel coastal stretch, is designated for commercial use without the construction of permanent structures.

The starting monthly rent is approximately 2 million rubles. The lease agreement is set for 11 months, with the option for extension.

Applications will be accepted until May 29, 2026, with the auction scheduled for June 9.
