Clark's ₱840M expansion to transform tourism and business hub by 2027

Clark has signed a major expansion deal to boost its tourism and business facilities. The ₱840 million project will add new villas, towers, and a mixed-use building to the site. Officials expect the development to attract even more visitors after record numbers in 2025. The agreement was finalised on April 28 at the Clark Visitors Center. Developer JnH will handle construction on a 17,373-square-meter plot along C.M. Recto Highway. Plans include 17 pool villas in Phase 1, a 15-storey mixed-use tower, and two 12-storey buildings.

Originally set for a five-year timeline, the project has been fast-tracked to 30 months. Phased delivery will allow parts of the site to open sooner. Once complete, the expansion will increase Clark’s room count beyond its current 4,100. The move follows a strong year for the hub, which hosted over 1.5 million overnight guests and 1.8 million same-day visitors in 2025. The new facilities aim to strengthen Clark’s position in tourism, property investment, and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions).

The ₱840 million expansion will roll out in stages over the next 30 months. New villas and towers will add to Clark’s accommodation capacity. The project is set to further establish the area as a key destination for travellers and businesses.
